I do not think so.

We do not see that much traffic on there yet for the Nero 5.5.7.2b download.

I tried each server,and works the first time each time.

I fired my downloader (10 retry) at each available server in turn, and went a few times round before it hooked up (and I use a 3 second delay, to stop it machine-gunning too badly)

The other advantage (assuming server supports resume) is that it avoids that irritating waste of time and server load when a download bombs out at 99% - amazing how often that happens!

I also use only ONE thread unless there is a good reason not to, and many servers won't let you have more than TWO anyway - defaults for this are more aggressive, TURN IT DOWN!

Maybe it's a trans-Altantic thing.

I tried again from home on Saturday and had no luck with the first lot of servers. However, when I hit the French one, I got it first time!

I hate Nero 5.5.7.2 because is shows my CD-RW using BURN-Proof instead of FlextraLink. But it does good recording until i burn CD-audio with Duraplus CD-R media.
