When i flash my LTR 12101B's firmware, my pc hung(flashing had started), and i have to power off, and then power up again, and
the LTR 12101B can not be detected, does that mean the EPROM storing the firmware is DAMAGED??
THANKS IN ADVANCE

yeah its realy weird that the jumper trick doesn't work with youre drive because as i told i tryed many times to crack the 16101B firmware (the dos type) and it also hung the led was burning orange and i had to reset mine computer so the same case as you and after that the jumper trick still worked so i think youre drive is... ehhh weird i think they didn't programmed the safe jumper eprom to reset the drive they forget to program it,or that chip was already damaged in the manufacture fabrik.
and did you try the jumper trick in the opposite way ?

greetzzz,

wvi
