The DuoSense touchscreen controller was created by the team-up between Fujitsu and N-Trig. This touchscreen controller offers highly sensitive multi-touch capabilities that can respond to 10 or more touch points simulteneously at very high refresh rates.

The DuoSense touchscreen controller also uses capacitive touch, making it possible to use both stylus and fingers on its touchscreen. The DuoSense is pretty thin, there are some electronics that needed to run the DuoSense are tucked around the edge of the frame. To use the DuoSense, you just need to place it on top of the screen of your computer, so your computer will then have the multi-touch touchscreen capability.

This technology is especially good for the Windows 7 OS launches in August and comes with the native multi-touch support built into the OS. Simply add the DuoSense touchscreen to a tablet or netbook that runs Windows 7 and you'll get to enjoy the multi-touch features on Windows 7. The following clip shows the previous model of DuoSense and how it works.
