Okay, first of all I'm an administrator on my computer and nobody minds that I can access they're stuff but lately I haven't been able to access my brothers account through the "documents and settings" folder, when I try to open it it says

"C:\Documents and Settings\Joseph 2 is not accessible."

"Access is denied"

I've tried removing his password, making his account a limited account, accessing his account from the system account, but nothing is working, he doesn't know whats wrong either.Is it because he has a number in his name? Also when I hover the mouse over the folder for info is says its empty which couldn't be possible because I can log onto his account and all his junk is there. Anyway, thanks for any help in advance.
