Hello again, I realize I posted this quite a while back, but I wonder if this has anything to do with my problem: When the local computer store re-installed Windows, I believe that the drive letters changed. We have two drives in our computer, one is a CD Drive, and the one that is having problems is a DVD drive that used to be able to write cds and dvds. I noticed that when we got our computer back, the cd drive which was labeled "E:" is now "F:" and vice versa. I'm not sure if this is my problem or if it doesn't matter, but my drive still won't write discs. It will read both cds and dvds, but will not write discs. It shows there is no disc in when I try to use Wmp or iTunes to burn something, and will also not write files to disc from a folder. I haven't flashed the drive yet, but may have to do that. If you have any ideas, I would be appreciative. Thanks,
