are we talking about original discs damaging the recorder??
thats a bit insane that should be a little bit of misinformation, or is it not??
this new protection should be using the full subchanell, weak sectors and fisical errors, that should be expected but damaging a recorder is too much for me to believe

Ehh damaging a recorder, Sorry but I don't understand how this can be done. According to my information it seems allmost impossible to do that. So how does this works. Or is this just bull. What I think by the way. So has somebody proof that this disc (safedisc 3 protection???) can damage a recorder
Also I think that the claim not only recorders will read it is also incorrect.
There is still a cdrom player called Plextor 40TSI/E which can read a lot more protected stuff correct as anything else what is arround as cdrom readers.

if im not misstaken.. correct me if im wrong... but isent there a law saying that pople cant implent protection that permanently destroys anything in your computer?

i know there has been cases with software makers that has implented sucha thing.. and theyve been forced to take it out..
cous its considered to be avirus...
