Hi all, who makes the Sony brand cdr media, preferably the 48X. I like Fuji brand media which is usually TY but the CMC media workes really good in my LiteOn 523252 drive. And the Fuji 48X media will only work at 48 but all the CMC I use will work at 52 flawlessly. Thanks for any help.

Sony brand media is usually made either by Sony themselves (yes, they actually *DO* have a factory!) or by Lead Data. The Lead Data is more common then the real Sony. Luckily, the Sony brand Lead Data media is higher quality then regular Lead Data media... but still not that good from my experience. In fact, I suggest staying away from Sony media (CD-R/Ws) altogether!
