Disks made by CMC Magnetics work great for me. I've used them for years and never had any trouble with them. But they do have a problem. They use Dye Type 6: Short Strategy (Phthalocyanine).
You can barely even see Yamaha Disk T@2s with that kind of recording layer. I've looked everywhere for Yamaha CDs designed for Disk T@2, and the only place that sells them is http://www.yamahashoponline.com
. They are very expensive, and it is taking them forever to send me my order.
My question is: Does anyone know of good cheap CDs that look good with Disk T@2? (Dye Type 1: Long Strategy (Cyanine, AZO)) CompUSA has all kinds of brands, but there's no way of knowing what recording layer they have.
Thanks for the help.
