Does a Windows XP disc have any sort of copy protection or would it just be a straightforward copy?

just copy as a normal cd. make sure you do a diskcopy so it will still be bootable, though. no protections on microsoft operating systems.

Thanks, can you explain what you mean by Diskcopy please. Would doing a direct copy with Nero work?

i would assume that 'direct copy' would be the nero way of diskcopy. can't be sure since i don't use nero. as long as you are making a complete copy of the cd and not just copying the files from one cd to the other. that way it will recreate the boot sector and files.
