i was about to pick up 2 100 packs at sams club but just wanted to make sure they were mitsubishi chemical

Only if they are the "Data Life Plus" then they are Mitsubishi Chemical manufactured .

As usual Clint is right !
The Verbatim ValueLife CD-R's are not the same quality that the usual DataLifePlus CD-R's and they are made in Taiwan !!
