Hi I've got a Primera Bravo II Disk publisher   but my computer does not recognised it anymore I tried using parallel connection as well as USB but it does not communicate with my computer. I was just wondering if it something to do with the usb board on the printer, is there anyway I can order a new board to replace it?   Please help

Not familair with the print device in question, but have you tried it on another PC?  Perhaps remove/re-add the drivers... or check for updated drivers from the MFG web site... with most USB devices, the driver needs to be installed first before actually attaching the device.
