Gswiss -> Audio track on vob (3/12/2007 4:44:23 PM)
When I created a dvd movie from an avi file, the audio track was terrible, with hisses and cracks. How could I demux the audio track from the avi file, which is fine, and apply it to the VOB's?

What product did you use to create it? Do you have AC3Filter installed? Can you provide some details on your PC (motherboard, processor, amount of RAM, sound card, etc)?

Since cucusoft avi2dvd 7.07 bombed out as soon as I tried to open the avi file with it and WinAVI to DVD refused to open it, I used ConvertXtoDVD. I don't have AC3Filter installed. I use klite codec.
I have an Asus P4P800 MB with 2.8 Ghz Intel, 1GB RAM, with Soundmax integrated didgital Audio (from Analog DEvices)

Have you tried Nero Vision?

Pls ignore my specific question which started this thread. I got mixed up with two different cases.
I am still interested however in finding out how to "paste" an audio track into vob files which was demuxed through virtualdubmod from an avi file.
I never used Nero Vision, only Nero Burning ROM version 6.6.
