major9686 -> Temp. tests with speedfan .. (12/27/2005 3:13:10 PM)

Why in all of yours tests of CPU the temp. is steady .. rise slowly ..
and on my pc its more spiky .. looks like a mess ... completly different from your graphs :(

this is my graph .. only few sec. but thats the main concept .. it looks like this all the time :(
is something wrong ?

MP3Mogul -> RE: Temp. tests with speedfan .. (12/27/2005 3:28:18 PM)

The stronger the cooler, the more spikes you will have, (especially with a P4) as anything other than idle moves the temp in a P4, and as soon as it's idle again, even for a second, if you have a nice cooler it will drop... rise, drop... etc...

I hope this helps out.

I also think is the methodology. Can you post here a graph?
How do you perform the test?

just open speed fan and waited few sec. and got print screen of the graph ...

OK .. so I will do it as soon as my emule downloads get empty ..
hmmmm ..
hey minos .. congrats on the 3333msg post ;)
OH . and by the way I bought 2 weeks ago the 4 fans kit of thermaltake with the VR panel :) they function great .. kinda silent .. I put them on 40-45% :)
when they are on 100% they are really loud but they drop the temp. of my motherboard to 27-25 :) ha ha ...
