Error Correction Tests
In the following tests we check the drive's behavior when it comes to reading
scratched / defected discs. The test discs we use are the ABEX Test Discs series
from ALMEDIO.

The
Optorite DD0203 gets a good score of 75.1 out of
100 at the error correction tests. The drive gave back many read errors with
the scratched disc, but behaved very well while reading the defected disc.
- CDSpeed Quality Test
Optorite DD0203 does not retrieve C2 error information accurately,
at least at the maximum reading speed. For this reason, the Nero CDSpeed quality
test could not give reliable information about the error correction behavior
of the drive, resulting to the score given above.
