Corsair FlashVoyager GT 8GB

2. Retail package

The Corsair FlashVoyager GT 8GB drive can be bought at the retail price of €107. The price is much higher than other 8GB USB sticks. We will have to wait and see if the performance justifies the increased price. The retail package is simple:

Corsair has included a USB extension cable since due to the size of the device, it is possible the Voyager GT 8GB may not fit in the USB ports if there are other, adjacent devices connected as well.

Let's now examine the USB drive a little closer.

The contrast of black and red giving a special tone to the USB drive. The rubber sleeve exterior protects the USB flash drive from accidents and damage that may occur from improper handling. You can throw this USB drive against the wall and it will still remain intact.

The cap isn’t attached to the body of the drive by some type of chain which means that it is possible to lose it if you are careless...
