DVD+R and DVD+RW Video Format Specifications

Version 2.10 dated june 2004 of both specifications have been released.

These books are scheduled to be distributed in week 26. Compared to version 2.0, the main changes are:

1. Support for Intermediate DVD+RW Video discs
2. Improved alignment with specification for content protection (broadcast flag)
3. Additional character set support.
