Samsung SH-W08A review added

The 8x dual DVD burner from Samsung, SH-W08A , has been tested in our labs. This recorder has already been released on the market. According to our tests, the drive exhibited good performance and managed to confirm all the manufacturer's specifications. However, there were a number of things that should be fixed.
