The Ikebana DVD+RW/+R features an unparalleled combination of power and convenience in one portable, easy-to-use device. Both PC and Mac compatible, it burns a full-length movie in 30 minutes, and easily holds up to 4.7 GB (650/700 MB in CD mode) of high-quality video, music, graphics, or other data. The unit's write-once capability sets is apart from conventional DVD+RW drives, giving users the ability to reliably store files permanently as needed.

The unit records at 2.4x speed in DVD+RW and DVD+R mode, and offers CD recording rates of 2x, 4x, 8x, and 12x (CD-R) and 2x, 4x, and 10x (CD-RW).

Further expanding the device's versatility is its wide variety of write options. In DVD+RW mode the Ikebana DVD+RW/+R supports both random access write and sequential write (sequential write in DVD+R), while CD-R and CD-RW offers Disc At Once, Session At Once, Track At Once, Multi-Session, and Packet Write. The product's CD configuration offers all formats including CD-DA, CD-ROM, CD-ROM XA, CD-Extra, CD-I, Mixed-mode CD, Video CD, Photo CD, CD Text, and Bootable CD.

Ikebana DVD+RW/+R discs are compatible with any DVD-ROM drive or DVD video player. The unit is hot pluggable for easy connectivity without powering down the host computer, and its quick format function enables instant start-up of recording sessions.
