Silicon Valley fitness technology startup Naked Labs today launched a 3-dimensional fitness tracker for consumers, powered by Intel hardware.
Naked is body scanner that includes a full-length scanning mirror that fits into your daily routine, a scale that doubles as a turntable and the Naked mobile app. Because the weight sensors are internal instead of external, the scale works on carpet as well as hard flooring.
All you need to do is step on the scale, get sscanned by the nirror and see the results.
The development of the body scanner was made possible with Intel technology. Intel RealSense technology scans the body to create the custom 3D body models. Intel also provides the scanner’s built-in memory and quad-core Intel Atom processor, which ensures the scanning process is quick and accurate.
The system is available for preorder for $500.
