Sony Closes Sale of Gracenote

Sony has closed on the sale of all of the shares of Gracenote, Inc. to Tribune for $170 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.

Sony will record a gain within operating income of approximately $60 million during the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2014 as a result of the sale.
