Police allege Jake Davis, 18, is the spokesperson for the online hacker groups LulzSec and Anonymous, and goes by the alias "Topiary," among others, on the Web.

The man was arrested last week by the Metropolitan Police Service, and was charged Sunday with five criminal offenses. He was released Monday, according to a report by Reuters.
