DivX Extends Contract with Philips Electronics

DivX has entered into a new two-year license agreement with Philips Electronics.

The agreement will enable Philips to continue to include DivX video functionality on its consumer lifestyle products, including DVD players, portable devices, digital televisions and next-generation products including Blu-ray DVD devices.
