Vodafone handsets respond to motion

Vodafone KK on Monday introduced two new 2G handsets that respond to movements, which will let users perform basic mobile functions through programmed shakes and jerks.

The two models ? the V603SH by Sharp and the V603T by Toshiba ? will go on sale in mid-February.

The V603SH features a motion control sensor that recognizes and responds to movements, enabling users to experience a host of new features not available in cell phones until now.
