InterVideo announced that more than 100 million copies of WinDVD, the award winning and market leading software for DVD playback on a PC, have been sold worldwide since its first release in 1999.
WinDVD(R) installations have increased by an additional 25 million units since InterVideo's previous public announcement.

Available in two versions: WinDVD(R) 6 Platinum, the top of the line DVD player with advanced video and audio formats and WinDVD(R) 6 Gold, the standard consumer edition.
Incorporated in WinDVD(R) 6 Platinum is the latest in video technologies such as Trimension(TM) DNM for a flawlessly smooth motion playback, and the first-class suite of audio technologies that now include DVD-Audio(R), Intel(R) High Definition Audio, and Windows(R) Media Video High Definition (WMV-HD) so users can enjoy movies with full fidelity audio and crystal clear video quality.
