A report claims that Microsoft decided to purchase Nokia as the Finish company was already testing Android versions of its devices.
In an event held in Japan earlier this week Toshiba outlined its future strategy for memory and storage businesses. The company will focus in enterprise-grade SSDs, while keeping the advantage of its profitable NAND flash memories.
A chip complex under construction by Samsung Electronics in the Chinese city of Xian is expected to be fully operational by the end of this year, China Daily reported on Saturday.
