Pegasys released an AC-3 plug-in for the latest version of the TMPGenc
DVD Author (1.5.19.59). The software adds Dolby Digital AC-3
encoding/decoding capabilities to the famous TMPEnc software. No trial
versions are available yet.
More information about the product activation is available in the Pegasys website.
Changed or added features of TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5, related to the AC-3
plug-in:
-Indication of the Ac-3 plug-in (Version information)
When the AC-3 plug-in is integrated, it will appear in the [About
TMPGEnc DVD Author] window.
-Possibility to specify AC-3 sound for the output
-In [Environmental settings], the next choice is added: [Set "re-encode
MP2 audio files to Dolby Digital (AC-3) audio" as default, when using
NTSC DVD], so you can make AC-3 sound DVD-video.
-Re-encode AC-3 sound
You can also re-encode AC-3 audio, and even if there are bilingual
broadcasting (used in some coutries).
-Play(decode) AC-3 audio while editing
You can hear the AC-3 sound while cut/chapter editing, so it will be
easier to edit. You can also hear and choose AC-3 sound for the menu BGM
(background images). |
