Genica Corporation announced the company's acquisition of the principal assets of optical storage innovator CenDyne. The acquisition includes finished goods inventory, consignment inventory, raw materials, partner relationships and intellectual property, including the CenDyne name, associated trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.
Genica Corporation will continue to provide technical support and warranty-related services to existing CenDyne customers and partners through the CenDyne website, www.cendyne.com. |
