Freecom’s FX-10 external DVD+RW drive is now
even faster: The 4x DVD-writer can write a standard DVD in just 15
minutes, while DVDs can be re-written at 2.4x speed. CDs can be written
at 16x speed and re-written at 10x speed. The drive also offers 12x DVD
reading speed and a 40x speed for reading CDs.
The FX-10 is a fast, all-in-
one unit with a stylish look – the perfect combination of technology and
design. The drive is easy to install and operate, and is connected via the
USB 2.0 interface for maximum performance with the PC or Notebook.
With the full version of Ulead Video
Studio 5 included in the package, videos can be digitally processed on
the computer and then copied onto DVD or CD. The FX-10 DVD+RW
allows the storage of up to 130 minutes of high-quality video recording
and up to 3 hours of video recording at VHS quality on a DVD+RW. In
addition to video, the comprehensive software included also enables the
professional processing of photo and music files.
Freecom supplies the FX-10 DVD+RW drive together with a USB 2.0
connection cable and a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee. A
comprehensive software package is also included: in addition to the
latest Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.3 software for DVD and CD, the package
also includes the DVD software PowerDVD from Cyberlink and a full
version of the video editor Ulead Video Studio 5. Also included are: a
DVD+RW (4.7 GB) and CD-R (700 MB), a CD marker pen and a multilingual
manual. The new Freecom FX-10 DVD+RW will be available in
the shops from March 2003 for 489.- Euro (recommended retail price). |
