"...Vitaminic and Waitec have signed an agreement to distribute Vitaminic Music Club subscriptions bundled with select Waitec products. According to the agreement, customers who purchase select Waitec devices, like MP3 and CD players, will be allowed to legally download all music available from the Vitaminic Music Club (www.vitaminic.com), the Vitaminic’s groundbreaking online service allowing users to download unlimited legal music from the Network web sites in return for a half-yearly or annual subscription free.
The Vitaminic Music Club - the first service of its kind in Europe – offers music of record labels and of artists from all over the world. Vitaminic Music Club is daily updated with new artists and new tracks; the catalogue available uptoday is already able to satisfy every musical taste, including artists as James Brown, Louis Armstrong, DJ Spiller, and many others.
The deal between Waitec and Vitaminic is a legal solution that supports the music industry – royalties will be paid to artists and collecting societies for every track that is downloaded, in complete accordance with copyright regulations.
