"...Roxio today announced the settlement of its lawsuit with Prassi Software USA, Inc. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, Roxio received $2,000,000 from Prassi as well as the assignment by Prassi of its alleged intellectual property rights in the products known as CD Right! and CD Right! Plus and the code comprising these products.
