Message Text: "...Elantec Semiconductor announced a new addition to its growing family of industry-standard laser driver products. The new EL6247C is a next-generation laser diode driver that builds on the legacy of the EL6257C, the industry's first highly integrated monolithic laser diode driver. The EL6247C is priced at $2.50 in 10,000-piece quantities and is available in a 16-pin QSOP package. Production lead-time is 8-10 weeks..."
