Lenovo is uveiling its all-new family of IdeaPads - the IdeaPad 720, 520, and 320 and IdeaPad 720S, 520S and 320S in S (slim) configurations - that deliver performance, but with a streamlined approach to design and functionality.

The new IdeaPads feature beveled edges produce, while an angled front edge was added for easier lid opening. The thinner side profile, especially in the S models, coupled with the IdeaPads' simplified rear delivers a lean visual impression.

The IdeaPad 720S is made of an anodized aluminum casing that's treated with the same technique used to shape and polish diamonds for an ultra-thin profile.

Its equally trim cousin, the IdeaPad 520S is 19.3mm thin (0.76 in), and the IdeaPad 320S includes an infused cover for a soft metallic touch.

Lenovo's redesign efforts extend to the IdeaPads' interiors as well. The laptops have a redesigned keyboard layout, improved shift key and narrower bezels for optimized screen displays and incorporate Microsoft's Precision Touchpad for direct connection to Windows 10.

Every laptop comes equipped with the latest Windows 10 Home operating system. Buyers can choose between the three ultra-thin S models. The IdeaPad 720S, for example, has up to the latest 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, Thunderbolt 3 port and up to 1 TB PCIe SSD - weighing 1.14 kg (2.5 lbs) and 13.6mm (0.53 in) thin on the 13-inch model.

The IdeaPad 720S also includes features like an optional fingerprint reader for swift, secure PC log-in with Windows Hello and up to UHD display (on the 13-inch non-touchscreen model). Its always-on charging feature lets users charge other devices via a USB port even when the laptop is powered off.

The IdeaPad 520 or 520S come with up to 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics, an optional backlit keyboard and optional fingerprint reader and Windows Hello support.

If your budget is lower, Lenovo is offering you the options of the IdeaPad 320 and its thinner sibling, the IdeaPad 320S,

The IdeaPad 320 is available in Denim Blue to Plum Purple colors, with matching lighter tones inside that sport a new one-piece touchpad. Users' modern computing needs will be met - from Intel's latest processors to USB Type C ports - while accommodating legacy needs with its integrated DVD optical drive. For a step up, upgrade to multi-touch screens and an optional fingerprint reader for secure log-in with Windows Hello.

For gamers, Lenovo is bringing to market the newest member to its gaming family - the top-of-the-line Lenovo Legion Y920 Laptop - a powerful, VR-ready 17-inch pro-level gaming rig. It is packed with up to Intel's latest overclockable 7th Gen Intel Core i7 K series processor, up to NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 8G DDR5 graphics and mechanical backlit RGB keyboard.

If you're after a 2-in-1 laptop with transforming capabilities the Flex 5 is Lenovo's latest entry level multimode platform with 14 and 15-inch multi-touch screen form factors that can morph using the 360-degree hinge to accommodate the way you work. The rotation hinge supports four distinct modes (Laptop, Stand, Tent and Tablet).

The Flex 5 now has new narrow bezels and enhanced design and plenty of power with Intel's latest 7th Gen Intel Core processor processors, NVidia GeForce 940MX graphics and up to an optional 4k UHD IPS Display.

Windows 10 latest halo features include Windows Inking with pen capability and a fingerprint reader for Windows Hello.
