We have the information that Veritas Software division acquired Prassi US. There is nothing yet officially announced about the amount of the buy. Those are very interesting news since Prassi US had many legal problems with Adaptec/Roxio. Maybe with the help of Veritas will manage to strike again in the CDR software market. There is already out CDR Software from Veritas "VERITAS MyCD Pro", which based upon Prassi PrimoCD' PX engine.
