Some weeks now we had reports about possible problems with Smart&Friednly and possible bank problems. This week their website (www.smartandfriendly.com) is down and from what we heard:

"..SAF filed bankruptcy two weeks ago. Their tech support is still answering the phone, which is a good sign. The thing to understand about US bankruptcy laws is that a company is still able to do business while under Chapter 11. There is the possibility that they could re-emerge after these proceedings, depending upon how the courts treat the company.."
