Message Text: The link is in the French language, here's the part that we did understand: The change will be effective from April 1st 2000 (no, it's not a joke), and the most notable chance from the previous customer policy is that as soon as both parts agree that there is a hardware error, a new replacement part will ship within 48 hours.
