"..QPS Inc. (www.qps-inc.com) will introduce its newest line of Que!(TM) USB and FireWire CD-RW drives at MACWORLD Expo/San Francisco 2000 (Booth No. 1148) this week. The new drives feature a translucent bezel (the plastic faceplate that covers the front of the drive) giving it an iMAC "look." Putting a translucent bezel on a CD-RW drive is an industry first, according to Pierre Abboud, vice president of QPS.
"No other manufacturer is offering anything like it," said Abboud. "The translucent bezel offers an attractive alternative to monotone drives on the market. We have had significant positive response from our dealers and distributors, and expect heavy demand from consumers.'' Que! drives available with the translucent bezel include: the Que! USB 4x4x8 CD-RW drive and the Que! Fire 4x4x24 CD-RW drive (FireWire) for Apple iMAC, DV, G3/G4 and PC computers.."
