"..Well, this drive is a VERY solid drive, it performs well, and it's not too expensive (compared to other drives in its class). It's fast, well built, and comes bundled with the usual Adaptec software. All in all I would really recommend it. Consumers often overlook RICOH - most have never heard of them. But you can rest assured that when you buy this product your getting a worthwhile piece of hardware. Just make sure you have a SCSI controller for this particular model, as it will not work on anything else.."
