The new card is based on the 28nm "GK107" silicon as the GeForce GT 740, which launched last month, and essentially is a GT 740 with lower clock speeds, and slower DDR3 memory.

The GT 730 will be available in versions clocked at 700 MHz and 902 MHz, with 1GB and 2GB DDR3 or GDDR5 memory.

Nvidia's partner are offering both single-slot with active cooling and passively-cooled, double-slot,versions of the card.
