Huawei Device USA will soon launch of the Ascend Mate2 4G LTE smartphone and is offering a new way to purchase it - online and unlocked - at GetHuawei.com.
Consumers have the option of buying the phone unlocked, or purchasing a plan through wireless reseller partner Net 10, which operates on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks.
Trough GetHuawei.com, the company hopes that it will raise its profile in the US.
The new Ascend Mate 2 smartphone is only compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile's networks and comes with a 6.1-inch HD screen with content adaptive brightness control screen. it is
retailing for an unlocked price of $299.
The device delivers big power, with a 3900mAh battery -- more than the iPhone 5s (1560mAh), more than the Samsung Galaxy S5 (2800mAh). It is also equipped with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera capable of shooting panoramic photos. There's also a preview window and a 10-level auto face enhancement feature, so you can choose the best version of your selfie to share with the world.
The Mate2 also features a 13-megapixel Sony BSI rear-facing camera and over 200 photo options including remote shooting and the ability to add audio notes to still photos. Add to that 1080P FHD video recording with DTS sound.
