Message Text: The specifications of what is believed to be LG's follow-up to the G2 have surfaced again in reports, suggesting that smartphone's display will have a resolution of 1440x2560.

The information caomes from a leaked User Agent Profile on Sprint's website and a photograph showing part of the smartphone's display.

The profile points to a device with a 5.5-inch Quad HD display with a 530 ppi density-- LG had showcased such a display in August -- a Qualcomm quad-core processor with Adreno 330 graphics, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage expandable by microSD, a rear 13-megapixel camera with a 2-megapixel front counterpart, LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Android 4.4.2 pre-installed.

There have also been rumors that LG's new flagship smatphone could have a fingerprint scanner, following on from the iPhone 5s and the Galaxy S5.

The device should be expected to be released this summer or even earlier.
