Samsung has made available for download the Tizen Software Development Kit (SDK), hoping that developers will build apps for its upcoming pair of smartwatches.
Samsung Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo currently apps are related to fitness, shopping, social media, music, news, and sleep management.
Samsung had not release a public SDK for its original Android-based Galaxy Gear, so the latest move shows Samsung's strong intention to puch the Tizen OS to wearables. N
In addition, Pebble has already launched its appstore across both iOS and Android, and both Apple and Google smartwatches are reporedly in the works.
