Message Text: As part of its on-going reorganization of BlackBerry, the company announced the departure of three top executives.

Kristian Tear, the company's Chief Operating Officer, and Frank Boulben, the company's Chief Marketing Officer, will leave Blackberry. BlackBerry also announced that James Yersh will replace Brian Bidulka as its Chief Financial Officer.

BlackBerry also announced today that Roger Martin, a Board member since 2007, has resigned.

The troubled smartphone maker did not name replacements for either executive.

BlackBerry shelved plans to sell itself in early November and opted instead to raise $1 billion via a convertible notes offering led by Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd, its largest shareholder. As part of the deal, it named John Chen as interim CEO, replacing Thorsten Heins.
