Possibly the most interesting leak of the Nexus 5 came from Google itself, when the Nexus 5 'accidentally' appeared on Google Play, with starting price of $349.
The device appears next to the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 along with the
caption "Capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways." Google lists the price
as "starting at $349."
Supposedly, the device will run Android 4.4 KitKat, will feature an MSM8974 Snapdragon
800 processor, LTE connectivity and likely an 8 MP camera with OIS).
In the meantime, Google is sending out invites for an October 24 event, which may see the first official glimpse of the next-generation Nexus smartphone.
So next week will be a very busy for mobile enthusiasts, with Apple and Nokia also announcing new products.
