Message Text: If you watched Sony's press conference at gamescom, you've already heard that PlayStation 4 (PS4) will launch on November 15th in the U.S. and Canada - in time for the holidays.

PlayStation fans in Europe and Latin America will also be able to get their hands on a PS4 system on November 29th.

By the end of December, Sony said it would have 33 titles available for PS4, including NBA 2K14, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Skylanders Swap Force, Need for Speed: Rivals, Battlefield 4, Madden 25, FIFA 14, NBA Live, Killzone: Shadow Fall, #DRIVECLUB, Knack, Assassins Creed IV Black Flag, Watch_Dogs, Just Dance 2014 and Lego Marvel Super Heroes.

Sony says it has been working with nearly 620 developers and publishers from around the world. More than 180 PS4 titles are in development, including Destiny from Bungie, Inc./Activision Publishers, Inc., Mad Max: Fury Road from Warner Brothers, Witcher 3 from CD Projekt, The Division from Ubisoft Entertainment, Dragon Age from Electronic Arts, and also Helldivers and The Order: 1886 from SCE Worldwide Studios

DualShock 4 makes it easy for you to easily edit and broadcast your gameplay using the wireless controller's "Share" button. That's why Sony introduced a new partnership with the popular video platform Twitch, to give you another channel to livestream your gameplay to fellow gamers anywhere in the world.

Sony has had more than 1 million preorders worldwide for its new PlayStation 4 console, the head of its SCE computer entertainment division said on Tuesday.

Microsoft has said it will start selling its latest console, the Xbox One, in November.

During E3, Sony also mentioned that the Music Unlimited service would be available for PlayStation 4 at launch and today during Gamescom the company revealed some features.

The new Music Unlimited streaming service features a completely redesigned user interface that was specifically enhanced for PS4. It is faster, simple to use, and enables gamers to easily discover new artists and songs from the Music Unlimited global library of over 22 million songs.

Sony will introduce new color variations for PS4 Wireless Controller (DUALSHOCK 4) in Red Blue, concurrently with the launch of PS4 in Europe, at a recommended retail price (RRP) of €59 / £ 54 (including tax). They will also become available in North America at a RRP of US$ 59 / Canada$ 59 (including tax) and Latin America later this year.

Other peropherals that will be abvailable include the DUALSHOCK 4 Charging Station and PlayStation 4 Vertical Stand, concurrently with the launch of PS4 in Europe at a recommended retail price (RPP) of €29, £25, and €19, £16 respectively.

By utilizing the charging station, users will be able to charge up to two DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controllers at once without having to connect them to the PS4 system. Users can charge DUALSHOCK 4 by simply inserting the controller to the charging connector on the charging station and by plugging it into a household electrical outlet.

The Vertical Stand will allow users to set PS4 in a vertical position. The Vertical Stand comes in black with a glossy finish that matches perfectly with the PS4 system.

Furthermore, users can continue to use PlayStation Move motion controller and PlayStation Move navigation controller including associated peripherals, PlayStation Move sharp shooter and PlayStation Move racing wheel on PS4. Certain PlayStation 3 peripherals including, Wireless Stereo Headset (CECHYA-0080) and PULSE wireless stereo headset - Elite Edition (CECHYA-0086), will also be supported by future system software updates.

Additionally, Sony added new features that many PlayStation gamers have requested. You will now be able to listen to music in the background while playing games and access Music Unlimited controls on the fly without completely exiting game play or other apps. Simply press and hold the "PS" button on the DUALSHOCK 4 to access a pop up menu that will enable you to quickly pause or skip tracks, and adjust the volume.

Look for the Music Unlimited app when PS4 launches on November 15. Meanwhile, if you aren't a subscriber, a special Premium annual subscription offer is available today for PlayStation Plus members and others. Music Unlimited Premium subscribers get full access to every feature of the cloud-based music service and entire catalog of more than 22 million songs that can be streamed across multiple devices, including PS4, PS3, PS Vita, PC, Mac, iPhone, iPod, Android smartphones and tablets, and more.

PS Vita Now $199.99

Sony also announced today that the PlayStation Vita (PS Vita) system is now available for $199.99 MSRP in North America, making it a compelling value for gamers. With some new games coming out in the next few months, including Killzone Mercenary and Tearaway, along with connectivity to the PlayStation 4 (PS4) system through "Remote Play," now might be a food time to become a PS Vita owner.

The new price applies to all PS Vita systems available at retail, including the limited edition PS Vita Walking Dead bundle that launches this week. Sony is also also dropping the price of the PS Vita memory cards.

New 12GB PS3 Available Today

The North American launch of a brand new PS3 12GB System for $199.99 (MSRP) is a reality. This new 12GB system is a good way to play exclusive titles found only on PlayStation, and to get access to the entertainment services offered through PSN - all for a good value.
