Tablet's aren't just getting smaller and a 12-incher would be Samsung's largest yet, according to the Korea Economic Daily.

The Daily speculates that it will be released in October sometime, citing industry sources. no additional information was provided.

The report adds that the device is still under development.

Apple is also reportedly considering larger tablets.
