Message Text: ViewSonic today at CES announced its Windows 8 certified TD 40 Series, including the 23" TD2340, 27" TD2740 and 32" TD3240.

Interactivity comes standard in the TD 40 Series with the 10-point projected capacitive touch technology. The TD 40 family features Professional Grade IPS panels with 1920x1080 full HD resolution and 20,000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio. Connectivity inputs include DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA, along with full USB HID compliance and VESA mount compatibility.

For interaction and comfort when using the Windows 8 operating system, the 23" TD2340 features an ergonomic design with dual hinge stand capable of 4-way adjustability, enabling the monitor to pivot or even lay flat. The 27" TD2740 model includes a picture frame stand which also allows this model to be laid flat for easier usage. Additionally, the TD2740 offers an integrated webcam. For commercial applications, the TD3240, with optional stand, provides hospitality and retail sectors an interactive information kiosk-like signage solution. The screen with 7H surface hardness ensures high durability and touch accuracy. All three models include integrated SRS Premium Sound speakers and Energy Star and EPEAT Silver certifications.

ViewSonic will be launching the TD2340 in February; ESP (excludes VAT) will be $599.
