Message Text: Nokia lost a legal battle against Germany's IPCom as a British court dismissed a Nokia's appeal.

The Finish company had appealed against a June 2011 High Court ruling, which had found the Finnish mobile phone maker was infringing a patent of IPCom.

Nokia and IPCom have been fighting in many courts for five years over the patents.

Nokia claims that the latest court rulling will not affect its sales in Britain.
