Message Text: Owners of Intel's 320-series of solid state drives are complaining for a strange firmware issue that made their Intel SSDs drop in capacity to just 8MB and made their data dissapear.

320-series SSD owners affected by these issues have been reporting complaining at Intel's official support forums, but no official response has been provided at this time.

Intel's 320 SSD Series is available in models with capacities ranging from 40GB to 600GB and the drives use the SATA 3Gbps interface.

Since the second half of May, the drives are backed by a five-year, warranty.
