Message Text: Twitter is planning to relaese new services later this year, which will not be avaialble for free.

Speaking to the BBC, Biz Stone, the co-founder of the social networking site Twitter, said while the service would remain free to both business and personal users, he expects to make money by charging for extra data such as analytics information. Such data would help companies to better aim their tweets at their followers.

Google is already providing similar data to website owners for free.

Twitter seems to have finally found a way to make money taking by capitalising the huge interest in its services and exploding user numbers. The company is currently valued at 1 billion dollars.
