Message Text: T-Mobile customers sometimes lose out when it comes to getting the cutting edge smartphones.

The Pharos GPS Phone 600 and 600e are two devices that look to remedy that situation. They are available to T-Mobile subscribers who are looking for a GPS-enabled smartphone.

These are quad-band smartphones running Windows Mobile 5 for Pocket PC, have a 2 megapixel digital camera with GPS location stamping capability (for the 600), Wi-Fi b/g, and Bluetooth 2.0.

Other features such as and FM radio and Windows Media player are also included on both models.

The GPS Phone 600 includes an integrated GPS antenna with Ostia navigation software, and pre-loaded maps of the U.S. and Canada. This model can be purchased from T-Mobile outlets for $500 with a new two-year voice and data contract

The GPS Phone 600e -- which does not have the GPS software and included car kit of its sister model -- is $400 with a two-year plan.
